RegisterWe are pleased to announce the 8th International Cell Senescence Association (ICSA) Conference. The conference will be held October 24-27, 2023 at the Graduate Hotel in Minneapolis, Minnesota, hosted by the Institute on the Biology of Aging and Metabolism (iBAM) at the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic Robert and Arlene Kogod Center on Aging.
Please consider submitting an abstract for oral and/or poster presentation for the 8th International Cell Senescence Association Conference. The two and a half day meeting will have sessions on senescent cell gene sets, technology for spatial mapping of senescent cells, beneficial versus detrimental senescent cells, novel senolytics, senescence and the immune system, senescence and diseases, clinical trials and more. Invited speakers include Marco Demaria, Ned Sharpless, Darren Baker, Nicola Neretti, Birgit Schilling, Peter Adams, Sheila Stewart, Scott Lowe, Jennifer Elisseeff, Tian Peng, James Kirkland, Marissa Schafer, John Sedivy, Pura Munoz-Canoves, Cleo Bishop, Sundeep Khosla, Yousin Suh, Marco Quarta, Daohong Zhu, and Eiji Hara. The ICSA is a global association specifically focused on state-of-the-art and most recent progress in the field of senescence - with both a fundamental and a translational component to aging, cancer and chronic disease. Within 8 years, ICSA has grown from 15 to over 900 members in 46 different countries. The Association organizes the largest annual conference solely dedicated to cellular senescence where early to mid-career researchers and senior scientists as well as clinicians present and discuss cutting-edge research and the most important progress in the field.
